Election of 2020 Board Positions

The 2019 Annual General Meeting of Downed Bikers Association-Tulsa will be held:
Monday, October 7th, 2019

Tulsa, Oklahoma 74105
The Annual General Meeting is held for the purpose of electing your Board of Directors for the ensuing year and transacting such other business as may come before the Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Directors presenting a yearly report for each Board position.

Nominations for the 2020 Board of Directors shall open Monday, August 5th, 2019.

To be eligible to Vote, Nominate, or Hold a Board position, you must have been a member 60 days prior to election, with that date being August 5th, 2019 and if already a member in good standing prior to 5:00PM October 7th, 2019.

Any Member that is in good standing may be nominated for any board position other than the Office of President, to be eligible for nomination for the Office of President; a member in good standing must have served an entire term of office as a Board Member
(Executive Vice President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms or Referee).
